Steam Services: Our canopy/exhaust duct cleaning service economically processes your cold water through our machine which produces 350 degree STEAM @ 110 psi (instead of using your warm water!) This melts away the hidden grease and grime buildup which is not easily removed when using other cleaning methods.

 

Hot High Pressure Wash Services: By processing your cold water through our machine, we produce 5 gal. per minute of 250 degrees F and 400 psi which easily blasts away built up gum and grime, particularly around door jams, walkways and in corners. We use extension wands for cleaning signs and building exterior. We also wet sand blast.

WARNING: Do not attempt to clean exhaust hoods without proper, professional training. Doing so may set off the fire suppression system and/or Fire alarm system, causing a total shut down of the client's entire kitchen.
